Provided before efforts, it provides high quality nutrients to maintain and improve performance, provides energy in the form of highly available carbohydrates, this increases glycogen (the amount of fuel to be burned in efforts and thus delay fatigue) and also provides fatigue. Minerals and vitamins for muscle activity.

Feeding directions:
